hi!!!!!! i really like your website layout!!! i think its rlly cool and the colors are pretty :3 also i like the rain in the background. also how did you make the like. lines across the screen effect is that just an overlay bc i found a gradient bg for body::before but i have no idea if thats what its doing

hello right back to you!! thanks for liking the layoutbut unfortunately ive caved and decided to redo the whooooooole thing again smh so like yeah... also you can see the code for the crt/scanline overlay at ummm https://axel.nekoweb.org/overlay.css (i took it from spacehey im pretty sure cause the old one id use wouldnt work with the loading screen lol... but i dont remember where i took it from... also i'll add this to your guestbook too)
